Below is our suggested packing list. The following is a list of suggested items for your Cycle for the Cause experience. Note that the following is a list of items to be considered and you should adapt it to fit your own needs; however, everyone should anticipate sudden changes in temperature and weather conditions and choose clothing that can be easily layered.
Crew members will take care of your gear for you and make sure it gets from one hotel to the next safely and securely. All you’ll carry during the day is what you’ll need with you on your bike or while Crewing.
Gear Bag
- 1 large backpack or duffel bag

- Shoes – Spin Shoes or Properly Fitted Sneakers
- Shoes – comfortable, casual shoes to wear at night
